LEARNIFIK believes in helping its learners as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the affiliate/business growth partners.

2. Ritika Manish Thadhani does not accept cancellation requests for the purchase of physical products. However, a replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

3. In case of non-fulfillment of your purchase, please report the issue to our Customer Service team at communicate@learnifik.com. The request will only be entertained after we have verified and determined the issue on our end. This should be reported within 24 hours of the purchase of the products.

4. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

5. In the case of any refunds approved by Ritika Manish Thadhani, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
